1	Special efforts taken by the teachers to reach out students who have no device and also struggling to participate in online /offline classes to ensure continuous learning and maximum attendance	In the process of ensuring continuous learning, I called the students and their parents over phone and helped them solve their problems in attending gsuite classes.
2	Innovative and new ideas adopted by teachers to make their online classes effective and interesting.	Encouraged the students by posting attractive pictures and contents related to the lessons in whatsapp group to kindle their interests.
